As last year SIBA are having National mixed pairs, triples and fours for season 2025/26.
All are played on the same weekend Saturday 31st January and Sunday 1st February 2026.
The SIBA website will give you details of the venues.
Aberdeen Indoor will be having playoffs for each competition.
Starting with the fours, then triples and finally the pairs.
Please note most games will be played at 8.15pm.
Entries are to be emailed to the club no later than 30th September 2025.
Those Interested must be aware if successful in one competition they cannot play in the next.
The winners of each competition will go forward to the Top Ten team on Sunday 11th January 2026 at Buchan.
Also below is a reminder of the rules for knockout competitions regarding playing a tie before the date for the next round.
A new ruling was introduced on 2nd December 2023 which applies to knockout games only.
1. If a player/team are unable to fulfil the fixture on the stipulated date they may arrange to play the game before the next round of the competition.
2. The office must be informed in advance of the match being played to allow for required rink booking.
3. Where possible the original rink will be used, where this is not possible the office will allocate a new rink.
4. If the opponent can’t agree to the change of date then the game will be treated as a scratch with the opponent going forward to the next round.
